Want brutal Doom to be faster? autorun. Don't like the animations? turn them off. Too much blood, turn it down. It's a silly mod with heaps of options. I like it because to me it makes it play like DN3D and Shadow Warrior.
You're taking something very seriously that has always meant to be a fun joke. If there's one criticism you missed, I'd say it makes the game much too easy.
