Put on 2 pairs of socks, a sweater, sweatpants under your jeans, a jacket and a beanie. Gloves if you need to play through the cold. Get a blanket and keep M+KB/controller under it until your hands warm up then take gloves off and play with blanket on top, Have hot tea nearby to warm hands and insides.
