The first Red Faction game, driving through a canyon, you only get 999 ammo and it runs out surprisingly fast if you're not careful.

Turrent is some ancient meme from tower defense flash games.
But where the fuck did it originate?
I only remember one lead:
Some flash game where you would have to build multiple towers/turrets next to each other to power up the last one in the chain, the most effective configuration being a "nuke flower".
That game's forum was filled with users making "turrent" jokes since the mods word-filtered "turret" to "turrent" for some reason.
