Naoto is best Persona 4 girl. Her SL and character arc in general is the most interesting among the P4 girls and she changes the most throughout as a result. Not to make this into an attack on SJWs but Naoto's arc does a damn good job at the end since you can have her be a badass detective who's still a feminine cutie pie.This hits identity issues and sexism in away SJWs have failed to hit because they have such an awful understanding on those concepts.
Yukiko and Rise are pretty typical girly characters. One dimensional, but still their character arcs make sense. Not great not horrible. They have their one problem and throughout their SL they try to overcome just that.
Chie's arc was the worst. The romantic aspect of it is even more nonsensical than Bioware's romance stuff. They try to hit other aspects like that former bf of hers for example, but the SL and her character never goes far enough. So what you're left with is a girl who you eat meat and watch/do kung fu shit with. A fun friend like character with little development. The worst due to an attempt to do so much yet achieve so little when it comes to her.
