Which Is Better: Lisa Or Undertale?
I just bought both and I'm wondering If I should expect more from Lisa or from Undertale

They're both good. /v/ will tell you Lisa is better because it's less popular.
Both are very different games. I personally loved undertale, but lisa ran like shit on my computer and I couldnt even make myself finish it
Why don't you play them and form your own opinion, rather than listening to a bunch of jaded memers?

Lisa. Better story, soundtrack and is an actual RPG unlike undertale which is pretty much just a really easy bullethell game with feel-good characters and lolsorandom humor. Though if you liked Undertale you probably won't like LISA as much. It wouldn't be your sort of game. I'd still give it a go though.
Both are worth playing. Lisa is better, if only because of the absence of dank memes.
Undertale is more "accessible."
they are both good but LISA made me think of it weeks after I beat it. it's a very mature but nontheless funny experience.

I feel Undertale did a good job capturing that whimsy you get from playing Paper Mario and Earthbound. Lisa kinda went more for the dark parts Mother 3 had.

Haven't played either. By t the gut says Lisa. From what I gather undertale is pretty black and white and it's quite easier to do the "right" thing. Where as in Lisa you get punished for trying to do good, the protagonist gets permanently hurt. Honestly a interesting game would be a happy medium between the two, not as cynical as Lisa and not as idealistic as undertale.

Yes.
Since both games pride themselves on their narrative above all else, LISA is hands down better than Undertale in that regard.
Music is equally good.
Undertale has better combat and might feel better paced for one playthrough but LISA is less linear and actually has exploration and replayability.
LISA has the better art style but Undertale has the higher production values overall and is less clunky.
