Namco made a game based on that in 1983.

It's probably one of the rarest arcade games ever made. Despite it being made by a major developer there is almost no information about it on the entire internet and it doesn't show up on a single database of games. Neither GameFAQs nor KLOV nor Arcade Museum have a single mention of its existence. I only found out about it by accident while looking through pictures of old arcade games on Japanese sites.
