From minor things like improved UI due to PC focus, customization, quality of life things like LoS indicator, etc
to big things like destructible ceilings to drop units down taking damage in the process, massive focus on replayability, CONCEALMENT
And to top it off mod support to an extent we havent seen in a while. 50 gigs of developer tools and stuff + source code¨

Larger characters have greater weapon reach and larger hitboxes. They also have a higher weight encumbrance, walk slower and consume stamina more using skills, running and climbing monsters

Yes, both play a lot into a bunch of neat things. Tall characters have longer range on swings. Heaver characters can't be picked up by harpies or knocked back by strong winds. There's also how fast your stamina regens depending on your size and weight. There's a bunch and looking into a wiki would be good idea to see all the effects.

Yes. Gorilla huge guys uses less stamina with lower stam regen. Lolis uses more stamina with higher stam regen. Some enemies attacks can whiff on shorter dudes. Small dudes have lesser weapon reach, vice versa.
