I live in Toronto and it's currently 14 degrees outside which is like fucking summer compared to what it was last year at this time. It should be at least minus 5 and snow up to my nuts but it hasn't snowed even a bit. My window it open all the way and I'm feeling hot as fuck. Unless you live in Bakersfield, Palm Springs, or in Death Valley, then LA is basically the warmest place in the state.
