Not at all. I thought it was really good.
The story was the only real drag, otherwise I spent quite a few days playing it, bought all the song DLC, and generally like the soundtrack for it.
It has really great animation and models too, just a really chill game to relax to. I also do not like Vocaloid music much at all.

Most people I know loved the game and the reception for the game was quite great, so I'm unsure why everyone seems so quick to hate it. I thought it was one of the better spin off titles.
