Does anyone else here enjoy playing support?
Yeah, feels good facilitating the best players on the team
>no multiplayer game where bard is actual support and completely overpowers his teammates with beautiful music.
I play medic on valve servers. I swear it's like protecting tenacious toddlers from eating thumb tacks.
Yes, because I'm not very good at killing.
Sometimes.
I like to play all roles, I change it up
Mained medic for 4 years. Currently i play pocket soldier but i'll always be a medic main at heart.

>being a sissy white boi heal-slut
support is only fun when you have a competent team
God forbid support roles in public shit with random retards, dear lord I never knew the extent of how retarded people can be even with such simple roles

I like playing moral support. My favorite multiplayer games are ones that allow me to fight on the front lines, but still aid my allies; so basically a mix of the traditional tank, healer, and DPS roles. Unfortunately, a lot of games don't get the balance right on classes like that, so they're either overpowered or (more often) underpowered relative to their more dedicated counterparts.

I avoid dps roles like the plague.
Support or tank always.

Yes, support classes can be fun with the right party.
I like offensive support. Camping is oddly rewarding for me, I'm the patient type.
>play support/dps class in PVE
>shit's great, everybody's having a good time
>group decides it'll be fun to go do some PVP shit
>spend entire time getting my ass raped

Yes, support is my favorite role to play.
>buffing muh bros
>managing shitloads of buffs all at once>not as sissy as healers
Especially if it's active not hide n buff support.
Like hunting horn in MH4U or especially MHX.
Getting right in the action while also providing buffs is the shit, man.
>picking supports
Nah, I don't let the GPM and good stats I'm entitled to sleep with another man, tyvm.

Why do so many games get support wrong?
Supports are supposed to control the fight, not sit back and spam heals.
I am the mastermind behind the team, almost always. I call the shots and look at the game from a much larger scope than my allies do. Supporting is perfect for this role.
Support yes, healer no. It's so hard to find games like MMOs with the difference.
