I'll start with Ken's new design in SFV.
To be fair, I think in terms of concept art his design looks fine, but the execution is beyond terrible. I have the same feeling for the rest of the roster in the same game, but he is the one who shines out of it the most.
Ken's shirt and gloves are fine, it's the banana hair that needs fixing.

it's mind-boggling how Capcom is leaving the hair the way it is, not just Ken's, but the entire game in general. It's so OBVIOUSLY bad, hair should have stopped being a problem back in 2000. Literally FFX has better looking hair.

The design itself isn't bad...it's just it was the complete opposite of what the character was known for.
Had it been it's own standalone title and not devil may cry it would have been fine.
