It's still in EA sadly, so a lot of the base mechanics (unlocks, story missions, most enemy and player vehicles and weapons) aren't implemented yet (though they are in the gamefiles and you can screw around with them, the game's easily moddable and the devs encourage that and also promised to release a map editor at some point).

Xenoblade or Bloodborne. I would consider MGSV, but it ruined to many things I liked about the overall story.
I think MGS V is one of the most polished games I have ever played. That is just the basic gameplay. Everything feels so smooth, but the missions and over all areas you can visit are lacking. I want a snow compound infiltration in fox engine. I want mission 51. I want the rest of the fucking game.

Guns IMO if the only unique element of this game, and even then they're even easier than actually parrying with a shield in the Souls games. For example there was one boss people had trouble with, but you could literally just stand still and parry it to death.

It was a big surprise to me too, me and a friend pirated it, went in expecting a mediocre game, ended up having massive amounts of fun. The story was garbage, but the gameplay and parkour was incredibly fun. Night gameplay was really well done and the visually it was a great looking game, the lighting was well done.
