This. The PC version requires me to set my available processors to 1 so the graphics will actually work.

Needs a re-release on Steam but it will probably never happen.

There's a fix for it actually

1. Install the game
2. Install the US Patch scarface_update_en_1001_1002.
3. Crack the game US 1.0.0.2. from gamecopyworld.
4. Go to this page and download the .zip file: http://adolfintel.com/index.php?p=wined3d/index.frag

5. Open the downloaded zip and copy d3d9.dll libwine.dll and wined3d.dll to the game's installation folder.

Done, enjoy the game working flawlessly.
