Sorry he's right senpai. I tried getting into Samurai Jack when it originally released. I thought I was going to love it. Time travelling samurai? Great premise. But Jesus Raptor-Riding Christ the show just squanders its own potential by making every episode into one long action sequence.

There are two things inherently wrong with this statement. The first is that if you're going to make a show with non-stop action, the choreography should be immaculate. Seriously, play a drinking game with Samurai Jack and see how often he yells. You will get alcohol poisoning within the hour.
An offshoot of the first problem is that the animation isn't that interesting to watch simply because the way the characters are drawn. Did anyone watch the Powerpuff girls exclusively for the action? I seriously doubt it. And if you did you're a fucking troglodyte. The show had more nuance than that.
The second problem lies within the fact that there is such a thing as too much action. That's why even most (well-made) action movies aren't just a protagonist doing actiony stuff for 106 minutes. Again, it doesn't make for compelling viewing.

The only people who say this are those that have either never watched it or only saw the first few episodes.
There are tons of episodes with either no fights or one fight at the end, the fights are very unique (the blind archers, the shinobi, many others) and the show is well known for building mood with little dialogue. Anyone can go watch the tale of x-9, jack and the haunted house, jack jumps good, or tons of other episodes to see you are 100% full of shit.
Ranger main here, I put over 80 hours into this game with this class. The only ranger abilities worth a fuck are:
Deathly arrow / Reaper arrow
Tenfold Flurry (fires 10 x normal arrows at once, can spam for massive damage)
(anything else you like except Great Gamble)
And the only dagger skills worth a fuck are:
Instant Reset
Roll
Cutting Wind / Shearing Wind

This ability takes some skill to use; in order to maximize its effectiveness you have to let it charge and fire it at a specific moment, if you do it right the game slows down a little bit and a smack sound plays when it hits the target. In the webm the guy does it right.
If you get it wrong it does a little more damage than a regular shot and is barely worth the stamina cost or time it takes to cast

This ability only is worth a shit if you hit an opponent's weak spot, it's only good for mini bosses, and I'd honestly not recommend it for that as it uses up all your stamina and doesn't do as much damage as a well placed deathly arrow or even a spam of tenfold flurry

Definitely. Save for a few areas, SotFS fixes the enemy placement issues that the original release had, making it less frustrating but genuinely harder. Plus if you get it on current gen or PC the lighting has been tinkered with so you actually need a light source for dark areas. If DaS2 was an 8/10 then SotFS is at least 9/10. I personally wouldn't pay more than 12 bucks for it though (if I could go back in time I'd make myself wait until it was on sale). If you're interested then you should definitely pick it up. All the DLC is top tier as well.

2. Its near perfect, The pacing of the show was what you would expect, not drawn out a little bit of story a few jokes here and their and Character Development then it gets to the action. You really did watch only one episode?! The only time jack does his little war cry is when Hes in a pinch and if youve ever read berserk or any other lone warrior type of genre then you would see this quite often and i dont know about you but, his war cries were fucking awsome.

A show showing what they were asking for in there child hood. Action, Explosions, and more. I think thats what every kid wanted as a child and they made it happen with unique art style and animation. Complaining about too much action seems redundant seeing how in every movie out know people complain about too much action if you think about it.

The armor I can live without. What I'll miss are the under clothes. Guts shirt looks really good on a lot of the chest armors that don't have arms, and when gold forged has the best piercing resist for undershirts. Griffith's shirt also looks good, especially on white armors like the votary robes, I believe is the name.
