Tried to make it the general consensus of /v/ is there any changes or games to add?
most of these I haven't played so alot of it is based on opinions I've read on /v/ this year

I think BB had a more universal acclaim aswell has not having any real glaring issues

If this is /v/'s collective, average opinion, it doesn't seem totally off-base. I'd definitely raise Undertale up a bit. There was nothing but love for that game here for the first 2 or 3 weeks it came out. All the hate you see now are just contrarians, most of whom haven't actually played it. If their opinion still counts for your chart, fine, but I'd still move it up to 6 or 7.
Move Bloodborne and Until Dawn down one tier, add Order 1886 to the list to shit tier,

Ori is a very fun game. Think Rayman Legends turned into a metroidvania, while still maintaining a heavy focus on platforming. Also it's fucking gorgeous.
Undertale's boss fights are too hard and get in the way of the story, but, yeah, it's a fun game. The writing is great and the combat system is novel.
I would recommend both of them without hesitation.

You can't honestly say it hasn't recieved the most unwarranted hate of any Souls games. DaS2 had/has more hate, but at least there is a justification behind it.

Well it wasn't a broken game like TH was, but it was a 6 hour game, 3 hours of that was a combination of cutscenes and walking and the rest was generic cover shooting.
Also the final villain gets away in the end. Aside from the technology, it was a shit game in every aspect. I guess it's not as big a travesty as TH since it's at least playable but it's still a piece of shit. 2/10 is OK I guess

Bloodborne is an 8/10 due to being easy as fuck and having some fairly boring bosses, as well as absolute shit build variation. Atmosphere was 10/10 though
The Witcher should be 8/10. It's just too bland of a game to be called great.
Aside from those, I have no problems with the list (well, I haven't played XBX yet.. That'll be this weekend).

I played with a bloodtinge build my first run through the game. I have never been more disappointed with a boss than I was with Ebrietas. After all the hype I've heard on here about the fight, I was able to kill her without moving. Bullets stun her, which makes bloodtinge the most overpowered thing going into that fight
