Depends what we consider low fps. 20 fps at full resolution I could live with in certain genres, any lower than that and I'd pick low res high fps.

Most of the faggots on /v/ will just say both, but if you had to choose obviously go with high fps. Any stuttering or screen tearing triggers my autism, and I will spend any length of time trying to get the game running smoothly by tinkering with settings before actually playing it.

Walking sim/atmospheric shit? Better graphics.
Online FPS or flight/racing sim? Better FPS, and if possible VR too.

Depends what genre. Framerate doesn't matter much for turn-based games so the higher resolution would be nice. Every other genre would greatly benefit from the steady framerate though.
