I played Portal for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it. It's really more than cake memes.
Now I know Portal 2 is making more jokes and have a feeling I will not enjoy it as much as the first one, I already have it on my steam account for a while from a sale, but never touched it. What do? I liked the atmosphere the first game created a lot and don't think the second one can catch up to that

It's great.
Wheatley was great on both sides, and GLADOS being humanized while still remaining tsun as fuck was enjoyable.

Both are exceptional

But Portal 2 is better, because it's got much more going for it. It's highs are higher than Portal 1 and there are more of them because it's not a 2 hour long tech demo.
