How in depth is the series combat? Whenever I play MH clones I always feel like there's less to fighting. They always make the dodges godlike and most weapon animations cancelable or low commitment. I also almost always note more similar lifted armor/weapon crafting systems and less developed resource economies.

Resurrection is an updated remake of the first one and 2 Rage Burst is, well, the second game and also an update of the regular GE 2 released only in Japan.

The game was designed for being played on a handheld, it will simply play and look the best on there and also have the most active online community. The game itself on PC will be a vita base, upscaled and ported. The PS4 ver works off the same base but will have graphical revisions as Bandai typically dose these things.
One piece Burning Blood will be the same, the PC will get a vita port locked at 30fps just like it did with Pirate Warriors 3. That's all they need to do to call it a day on PC anyway, they don't actually support the platform and those who use it, they see it as a dumping ground for quick easy cash that makes up for dwindling console/handheld owners world wide.
Japanese developers will always support their homegrown handhelds and consoles and those who own those platforms first. The day we see PC getting better versions of these ports is the day you see pigs fly.

Speaking mediocre Japanese is one thing, being able to read like in menus and stuff is another thing entirely. I am not at that level yet. I use Japanese audio with english subtitles so I can hear the Japanese, see what I understand, and compare it to what the subs say. A lot of the time I have noticed the subs are completely different than the Jap script.
Plus I always try and watch/play movies/games in the language they were originally intended to be.
