It is definitely the hardest battle in the game, in any case. On hard mode in particular, if you haven't been grinding it may very well be capable of one-shotting your entire party with almighty damage.
You're also likely to lose regardless of what you do if it decides to just spam megidolaon all day.

Better dungeon design than P3/4 by miles, simply by virtue of actually BEING designed. Fusion is refined I recall, don't remember how though.
Way too easy to break though. P3/4 are easy games but they light/dark skills are properly balanced, whereas in PQ it's all too easy to have Naoto with Mahamaon/Mamudoon, and a Sub Persona with Impure Reach and more than enough MP to last every battle without dropping, even including a miss or two, killing every mob in one turn.
Also a bit too fanservicey in dumb ways. The Yosuke/Kanji kiss made me roll my eyes, and I don't want to hear Akihiko or Chie talk for the rest of the game.
