when it comes to the later attacks, weaving patterns can be repeated. it's possible to take no damage early on as long as you play enough to remember the order of the attacks.
basically persistence is key, kinda like her character. it's poetic in a way, if it wasn't so frustrating. so yeah, basically try to memorize attacks and then repeat your dodge patterns.

Invisibility is the only one of any use. Flying, Running fast and shapeshifting are just going to get you killed. Reading peoples thoughts isnt that useful. Phasing through stuff is just like a shitty invisibility, lifting objects is again useless and healing wounds is semi-decent but you cant heal fatal wounds so also useless.

With precise enough telekinesis and the right imagination/knowledge you could simulate any kind of physical feeling or texture just by applying the right amount of pressure and resistances to yourself.
With some lube the only sensation you'd be lacking is temperature feedback.

So That's the point of undertale. You and the monsters are a lot alike. I mean frisk is kind of a huge fucking freak compared to other humans.
But the whole point of undertale is that everybody in the world has hopes and dreams. I would argue that most monsters have as much determination as normal humans, but Undyne and Frisk for instance, just are special cases.
Undyne has so much determination because it comes from the compassion for her friends, so it allows her to fight onward. Kind of like when you die in the pacifist run, because you have a reason to keep on fighting. She had to stop you there to end the slaughter.
