It's fun to play with friends, like most games. Pub matches aren't terrible unless you get stuck with a lot of ps4 players.
The only real thing you need to learn is midair boosting. Overall, it's worth getting if it goes on sale.

Tbh most of these games aren't great. DaS 1 >2, but I never played through DaS 2's dlc before, so that's what I'm doing now. I'm a sucker for MTG. Also, Lethal League is fun as fuck when you can find people to play with.
