I'll start with an obvious ono, I dislike his playstyle and hate his design. Really boring character imo

I think her English voice is way better than Japanese. When I played her, I made sure to switch to English explicitly for her. I eventually switched off a few months ago both in character and language, but I sure do miss her voice when I get matched up with a May set to JPN.

Besides, she's actually Japanese anyway so JP voice is canon.
His design tricked me into thinking he was a cool dude.
But in reality, he's just the most irritating motherfucker in existence. I've never been so angry at a single character before.

Arturo's commentary in the first few matches sums it up for me.
He's a legitimately top tier character, and just designed in a way that fighting him is just. Not enjoyable. It's a test in all the wrong ways, and even winning feels hollow.
Take note, I'm a Tager player in BB. A Tager player that feels a huge rush in overcoming the Nu/Lambda matchup. It's one of my favourites, I feel incredible motivation when confronted with it to break through the obstacle course.
But dealing with Merkava's pressure? Fuck it. Just fuck it.
Mostly just in the sense that I fucking HATE FIGHTING HIM.

Charade is just the generic "copy a random character" gimmick. He's kind of pointless, but he doesn't bother me. Getting annoyed at him would be like getting annoyed at Mokujin in Tekken.
Necrid isn't shitty because he copies moves from different characters, he's shitty because he's incredibly obnoxious to fight against while being really, really easy to play. I also just hate his design because he's clearly not a Soul Calibur character. He somehow manages to look even more out of place in the game than Spawn in the Xbox version. They didn't manage to outdo him in terms of unfitting characters until the fucking Star Wars shit in 4.
