What game has the best aerial combat or dogfighting? All the Star Wars buzz is giving me Rogue Squadren nostalgia but I don't have an N64 or Gamecube anymore. What are some more recent options? Not just star wars games, but any property.

You need a warthog (Anything less is shit, and even then the warthog isn't perfect) and then pedals and headtracking. You also need to learn to use modifiers because even then you don't have enough buttons.

Do you need the tmwarthog to fly the Huey, P-51, or basically any non A-10C module? Nope. Is the CH FIGHTERSTICK and throttle just as smooth and responsive, and cost less than the tmwarthog? Yep.

I know. But I've played both, and I certainly place Wing Commander above Freespace in difficulty. Missiles are way faster and you don't get a directional or distance indicator, and way fewer countermeasures.
