Which is the better of the classic RE spin-offs featuring top-tier female characters and a total jack ass male character? (I'm looking at you Billy and Steve) I personally prefer Code Veronica overall but Zero was good fun.
Only played CV and it's one of my favorite RE games. Having said that, I don't think CV and 0 are relatable.

I honestly always assumed it was intentional that picked a biracial actress for Rebecca and that she was meant to be semi-Injun, which'd fit in with the herb thing and the headband that was scrapped when they turned her Eurasian after they started patterning after that J-pop singer.
Code Veronica isn't a spinoff though, it's the sequel to RE2 and actually advanced the plot. It brought back Wesker, introduced more of Umbrella, and brought back Chris. RE3 was the spinoff.

I've never actually finished CV. Something about it just puts me off before I even leave the island. So in my completely biased opinion, 0.
