Mount N Blade archery can be satisfying as fuck, Also Skyrim if you can handle the arrow hitting invisible walls or just falling out of your bow half the time.

I was pretty sure I was never going to use the bow, but when I tested it out the first time, it fucking pinned zombies against walls. Then it turned out to be invaluable when I realized it worked like a stealth sniper rifle.
