>Disney purchases Lucas Films for 4 Billions
>Blizzard purchases King for 5.9 Billions
Am I missin something here or is it just Blizz being stupid again? How can Candy Crush, as popular as it is, repay itself and be profitable? I thought it was declining. People don't know King, they know Candy Crush. My grandma doesn't know who made her favorite game, that's not logical at all.
Even if it was, how can Star Wars, with all the merchandising and stuff, be LESS profitable then Candy Crush?
There's surely a twist to this or something I'm not getting with finance. Jesus christ, that's a lot of fucking mullah

>Star Wars + Candy Crush = Donald Trump
This doesn't add up.

>steal a game idea
>make 5.9 billion dollareydoos
Wew
facebook reaches about a trillion people
if only 7% of those spend 11% of their welfare checks on candy crush thats already triple what blizz paid for it with grow of around 1/8th per quarter
its a no brainer
its a no brainer
>buy a movie ticket, few toys, and a hat for a new sw movie every few years
>or spend $20 a week in mico transactions on a new game every month that gets pumped out and downloaded by 100 million people
Gee.

Dumbass doesn't know there are only like 800 million people on the planet.
You'd be surprised how many bored stay-at-home moms pay for candy crush lives and whatnot.

This, but it is still a lot of money.
It is quite funny to see some bored mothers constantly click on refresh lives button and then write in a column how they were surprised they suddenly had a 100$ bill
