Last time I played was a year ago so I don't know, but they publish a devlog every couple friday so I guess there must be new things.
I'm waiting for the full release to play it again though. Don't want to spoil the fun.

theyve been posting about some pretty insane improvements to railroad building but theyre not in the game yet i think. it does get significant updates often but like i said its been a while since the last major update
