Passed my second to last thesis committee meeting last week for grad school with flying colors, so I have roughly a year left on my microbiology doctorate. Gonna have 3 or 4 papers published by the end, but right now I'm not doing shit until after Christmas and been getting comfy every night with alien isolation, transistor, majoras mask, and fallout 4. Life is fucking great right now. It's that time of the month right now, so instead of braving the crimson rapids my girl is making up for it with a huge amount of Christmas cookies. Getting out of the house is the first step. I made more than my both my parents (no together, but each) and my brother, yet they always got on me for buying vidya or new electronics. Thing is, all of this shit was on sale, I don't pay full price for anything yet my brother buys his fucking Jordans every time they come out and no bats an eye.

Wars now have war score, there are goods monopolies, different kinds of happiness, religion kinda reworked, unit strength very different, now archers do feel like support units, and not 95% of your army. Many ways to enhance different tiles and buildings, too. Like Colosseum adding production to Barracks, for example.
Some guy linked the change log from Google docs last week and it was 20 pages or something like that. Its different.

Word of advice: dont look up the changes and/or guides.
The reason I quit Civ5 was because I was bored of it, it was solved for me, I knew whats good and what isnt.
Really enjoying discovering what works here, like finding out how to battle crime rates or boredom to fix happiness, or whats the best army composition, or that units now only move one tile in desert. Honestly, feels like a new game, I am very happy with the mods.

You need to find one thing you're completely, stubbornly passionate about and find a girl that is either willing to accept that or shares that same idea.
Everything else, like hobbies, are pretty much meaningless. Just do the shit she wants to do and then she'll do the shit you want to do. Most attractive girls do not play vidya, so don't get your hopes up looking for one.
Pick like TWO hobbies (watching TV counts as a hobby since we're saying vidya is a hobby) that you share with a girl and compare your plans for the future and how feasible those plans actually are.
Everything past that is bullshit. Looks will fade, so enjoy them while they last. My recommendation is find a girl who's at solid 6/10 on a good day with similar hobbies who's in a STEM field or going to MED school to become a Doctor of sorts.

Trying fixing your resume, best tips I can give is sell yourself and what skills do you have. Have different kinds of resume for any job field youre applying to (construction; high energy, can do physical tasks without a problem, able to handle multiple tasks at once, proficient with tools etc.)
Google if you're still unsure but seriously, making a resume is really the only hard part. After dropping out of high school and applying for retail shit, I had no luck. Fixed up my shitty ass resume and finally landed a best buy job in 2007. I'm an EMT now and also work at a hospital as an ER tech per diem, my skills can transfer almost anywhere for now. Next step is the fire department and probably become a medic, then transfer that license into an RN license.
