I do both, but overall I feel the DS version was done better. The activities that used to use the touchscreen seemed kind of shoehorned in on the PSP version. Dealing drugs and navigating your house/apartment or menu feels really clunky on the PSP version.
Emulated PSP is easier to play overall than emulated DS.
