Of course they do. Except hit detection and ragdolls remains garbage in ArmA 3 multiplayer no matter the framerate, and that's just a tiny portion of the problems with this game.
Besides it's virtually impossible to main 70 FPS with 72 players on ArmA 3, no matter the server or client hardware behind it. So whatever dude. Both games don't play in the same league, and i vastly prefer the PR / SQUAD one.
