For you OP, I recommend checking out Christmas NiGHTS if you want a straight-up Christmas-themed game. It's apart of NiGHTS into Dreams HD and you can emulate it.

"The Ship" for PC had a really cool Christmas themed level that became available around this time, and the game being online multiplayer made it really enjoyable. Too bad the game is dead.
Visceral clean up is pretty dope. Not very actiony though.
