There are probably some very basic browser games that lack A, but you are likely to fail if there are any menus or you can fail at the game. This is not an easy question.

I thought some more about it, and it's actually a very complicated question. You also have to decite what "game" means. You could say a game you buy consist of two part, the actual game, with gameplay and interaction, and the structure around it, giving information and navigating options. And options would then not be part of the "game", it's just an addition to the real game that you get when you buy the game ,and that you need to be able to play the game.
A lot of non-english games also have A-s in them, but if you take a Japanese game you are more likely to find one that does not. Because different alphabets.
Also, developers often show up before the title screen, which also limits it a bit more, if the game was developed by Sega, but thre are no other A-s it would still fail.
If we limit the definition of game to the in-game graphics, and texts that have something to do with the game itself, or the gameworld, then we can find many differnet games without A in them. A lot of platformers, perhaps, but more advanced platformers are more difficult, what about cutscenes? They should probably be considered part of the game right. 'yeah they should.
