NOPE
Which i7? There are some i7s that are clocked worse than some 13s.

>13s
Meant i3s
>>320678083
I7 5500U 2.4ghz I can max out skyrim I 1080p ang get over 30 fps

It doesn't even move. The one I know of had the picture on the frame at the back , just move slightly.

An i7 will beat any i3 regardless of clock speed due to the superior architecture, just owning any modern or semi-modern i7 means you don't have a CPU that bottlenecks games, shit, even the 2k series is still viable assuming people in Speccy threads aren't full of shit
Your GPU on the other hand is crap, and you need a new one

>2.4ghz
Slow as shit but you should be able to play on medium/low no problem.
I have an i5 4460 at 3.2ghz with a 750 ti and play at medium no problem.

Key word is modern though, I have an ancient (2010) mobile i7 i'm pretty sure would get it's shit slapped by a decent modern i3.
a 920m will get you 25-30 on absolute minimum settings at 1280x720. Only thing you're gonna max is your fan speed

I'm sorry son but you're not playing any games at 30 fps, let alone maxed out

that hamster is adorable

>mobile i7
Intel's mobile line of CPU's is nothing like the desktop variants, they have more in common with the Pentium and Celeron family performance/architecture-wise than a full-fledged i-series CPU, so yeah, an i3 will fuck any laptop CPU up most of the time
The ones that DO trade blows with desktop CPU's are found in autistic gaming laptops in the $1k price bracket
I just realized OP is probably on a laptop, so he's kinda boned
