I'm much more hyped for Overwatch now that they confirmed all future heroes will be free. I'm also happy to see a Blizzard cinematic that doesn't have forced action sequences or... talking... like... this!

I want to say they are learning... but we all know they never will.

Same way any other class based multiplayer game does it. It's not a story mode, the narrative will exist outside of the game therefore there is no immersion break in an arena mode.
