Nigga she's easy as fuck to play. I currently main Elph with her as a sub on PS3. Granted, I seriously think a fightstick makes playing both of them much easier, since all those rolling motions that both require are a breeze with a stick as opposed to a D-Pad.

you have to press -> + squeare, triangle, jump cancel, triangle, jump cancel , square , X , Triangle, R1 + UP with pauses in between

As I mentioned, stick. I personally feel a stick makes rolling motions considerably easier, but that may just be personal preference. I also found that stick makes Elphelt's shotgun loops much easier.
