You kill 2 out of 4 it all depends on the route you take. Leon and Camilla live on Hoshido while Elize dies taking a sword for you. Marx dies because he was too depressed at what he did. On Nohr side you kill Takumi and Ryouma

Actually there are about 3 characters but two of them are male so it doesn't really matter, if you want all the waifus and the, as Wayne's World put it, "sappy happy ending" ending. Third route is as close as you get. I like how the creators admitted they made that route because of players who were greedy and wanted everybody.

Don't do the Conquest path, IF you want the waifus to live just do the Revelations path. Every other path in the game usually results in the deaths. Through in Revelations there are still some deaths just not of any imoutos/onee-sans.
