There are also some other free programs that shrink the file size of your recordings while maintaining the same quality too if the output is too large. I personally use Handbrake

You can change the recording resolution and framerate in Shadowplay. Hell, you can even change the bitrate.
I can't find screen cap option in Shadowplay. Fraps is the only one that caps all shader effects (ENB, reshade, SweetFx).

I thought it was a bad videogame because it took away everything that made Hotline fun (most importantly: wide variety of masks to choose from for every level, allowing experimental and fun playthroughs) and added a bunch of dumb shit that just made it annoying to play through (i.e. an assload of wide open levels)
