Her games are very enjoyable platformers that are genuinely well written and clever.
Shantae herself is tough and powerful, but also a perfect balance of adorable and sexy. Her personality is dripping with charm. She is a very likeable and interesting character far beyond the fapping realm.
What the fuck does any of this have to do with Bayonetta? You think Shantae supporters somehow have a vendetta against Bayo? She's cool, glad she's in. She deserves the spot.

The only thing I'm actually upset about is Corrin getting in over characters a majority of people actually wanted. They could've saved Corrin for Smash 5. Now when they reveal Corrin for Smash5 a few years down the line, no one will give a fuck.
