That's Yukari From Girls und Panzer. It's about girls driving tanks. It's a lot better than what you expect. She is the tank expert, as tanks are her life passion. All the tanks historically accurate too. Give it a shot. I expected it be nonsense pandering with tank warfare as a backdrop, but I was sucked in. There's only 12 episodes (not counting the OVAs and movie.)
