it's how the outside is or rather isn't rendered when the player is indoors. not a glitch. seriously blows my mind that beth would purposely do that and not just make all the windows look frosted. especially because that's exactly what they do in some instances, just not all.

If you're doing it for real you should discuss the animations, clipping (Piper's hair in her default costume), shitty graphical shortcuts (like making you bald when you put on certain head gear), and lighting over muh textures anon
Low level of detail doesn't mean the textures are bad they're just not rendering properly
