Splatoon was great, Bloodborne was great and I'm having a lot of fun with Dying Light. Life is good and video games are fun.

Metal Gear Solid 5 was the best thing to come out this year. Undertale is a close 2nd.
Oh yea 2016 is gonna have Metal Gear Online for PC so the good times are gonna keep rolling in.

For the most part, before video games became a "culture" they had graphical limitations so gameplay had to be at the forefront for a lot of games.
If your game had shitty gameplay then graphics, story, and music couldn't carry it. On top of that most games had to rely on magazines to review it and give it a decent score or else it would pretty much fail.
That being said, now that the internet is so popular, all you have to do to make a fucking GOAT is to cater to faggots and furries from tumblr and it'll sell like hotcakes.

2013 was the worst year in recent memory. 2015 has been alright, there's been a few absolute gem this year. Ori, Bloodborne, Witcher 3, etc etc. I can't remember a single good game from 2013. Everything was terrible launch titles for the Xbone and PS4.

MGSV, while it may be a bit unfinished, was still a great ride. Splatoon surprised me on how fun it could be. Mario Maker was fantastic since I got to play and share maps with you faggots. MH4U was also great with you guys.
