Bayonetta - not a character I wanted in the game, but she won the ballot so it's fine. Her moveset looks fucking amazing anyways so I'll deal.

Hopefully he gets 4 swappable parts ( That affect/change moves) like Pauletina has. Unlike the standard three moves everyone else has.
Seriously, I think the roster's big enough as it is. Even TOO big. A lot of characters (Pittoo, FemMarth, Dr. Mario, Falco) could be contracted into other character's alt skins with their moves as customs.
I wouldn't mind if Sm5sh kept the exact same roster and instead focused its dev time on fine-tuning the gameplay, adding back game modes like character-specific Race to the Finish and Break the Target, added a good Adventure Modes featuring interesting interactions between the various IPs in Smash, adding more modes (both offline and on) like an expanded Smash Run with more customization and all players being on the same map. Also making custom moves more viable and easy to use. And more music, stages, etc.
