Can someone please tell me what the big deal about smash is? I've pleyed it a few times with friends, but I can't say I really enjoyed it. The controls were somewhat akward, and the mechanics weren't that special either. Like, what's the appeal?

personally i've been using him and only him lately. so i'm slowly learning his end lag what follows what and some good set ups basically off trial and error.

What do you niggas think of Cloud so far? I like him. I'm a big fan of dsmashes that attack on both sides (unlike Mewtwo, Lucas, etc.), and fsmashes that do multiple hits, such as Diddy Kong's.

Eh, not really, just dont charge for too long, you can cancel charge at any time with shield/rolling.
I dont think thats his optimal style though. At least I hope thats not what he devolves into, even I find myself doing that somewhat often. I'd never give up a free hit or edgeguard just to get more charge though
