Yuncia from Ys Origins was actually a rather well written young girl. I was genuinely surprised they managed to walk a fine line there and maker her act her age while seeming fairly enjoyable.
None of them. Female characters that can handle themselves are all terrible, and the special exceptions people like to make are only because of general good feelings about the rest of the game they were in.
