So what are the best "endgame" augments for ranged skells? that's mainly what i use at 60
do you just go full all out on ranged attack up+ and nothing more?

Probably Ranged Attack Boosts, Damage type boosts if you focus on one, and then some enemy specific ones for damage/crit since those are rather easy to make.
Of course a good auto-attack one for HP regen or a status isn't too shabby if your weapons fire fast.
