It became franchise for portable systems.

Shit went from highly successful ps3 game... to just a small time psp game in the sequel.
Fans wanted more of it... for the ps3... not psp. In fact... psp had so much piracy going on that anything you release on it will NOT sell in the west due to piracy. Sega misinterpret low sales of the 2nd game is the west as no interest in the game or series when they should of seen the piracy coming.
