Hi /v/, I'm debating buying an XBone, but as far as I ca see it'd be a nostalgia machine... Between Halo and Rare Replay I think I could get some mileage out of it but what else does it offer?
Are there any XBoners out there who can sell this thing or am I better off avoiding it?
Crackdown 3 might be good
Scalebound might be good
Quantum Break might be good
Halo 5 has very good multiplayer
Ori and KI are REALLY good but will be/are available on PC
Sunset Overdrive is good
Cuphead might be good
Raiden V might be good
Forza Horizon/Forza 6 is good
The controllers good
The online infrastructure is good
The UI is fast now

I got no complaints, really like the games
Don't expect crazy amounts of jap support so if you're a weeb look elsewhere
However all the shit MS has published has been top notch with the exception of Ryse and Crimson Dragon
Controller is also God tier, also the improvements its made since launch is pretty fucking unfathomable, and the fan is so quiet
I think whilst the UI is fast and functional now, personally it looks kind of ugly
That's my opinions as an full maximum idort, its really quite nice

i own a 360 and a ps3. i got my 360 first when i thought the 360 was the coolest thing ever. i got tired of it when i cancelled my live gold account and realized i didn't have anything to do with it anymore. that was about when i got a ps3 and realized i like it in general a lot more than i did the ps3. i mostly play games on pc now, as i always have, though the ps3 was my console of choice for the past five years or so. i don't have a bone or ps4 but i'd get a ps4 if i were to get a next gen console purely because i had a much better experience with my ps3 than i had with my 360
