Very few gray carts of OoT have the chanting and star/crescent moon Mirror Shield and those are the rarest copies of OoT. Most gray carts and subsequent releases of OoT like the ones on the Gamecube and Virtual Console have the chanting removed, the new Mirror Shield texture, and green blood on Ganon.
The cartridges with the changes had those changes made before the game was released.
