this been a standard in Smash for like 5 games now, and you're asking to remove that? Sakurai explicitly stated normally he'll combine the source material and Smash's game design for the character to work as a fighter in Smash Bros. the Fireball is here to stay, unless you want to mod it out yourself.

If they boast about have over 500 songs and 1400 trophies, which most are simply just ripped from respective games, then we're fine for content.
There's no way they're gonna be able to bring back all 58 existing characters for a sequel, plus newcomers. They've set the bar way too high.
I expect we won't see another Smash for at least 5 years and probably longer. Even then, shit's gonna get cut left and right. Third parties are probably first on the chopping block.
