Cats are fully trainable, they're just a bit more stupid, and can't be motivated by sheer love of humanity. More than anything, I think the idea comes from the fact that the people who buy cats are shitty, fair weather owners, who keep unsocialized, outdoor cats that bite strangers, only come out to eat, and kill songbirds. I am slightly confused about the jet and the fact that boston must have had a power-armour convention the days the bombs fell, but me at least these are things you adjust to when games come and go. The vision changes slightly and some changes can be waved as adaptations.
No, no fallout 4 has far bigger problems than these. I don't like to focus on the small stuff when the big stuff is that the lighting was done by a four year old, it has some of the worst (and passable) VA work I've heard in a while, it's been fully explored in 40 hours and every character you replay is going to be the goddamn same build because they built customization into the leveling system.

Why does this game break so hard when you get 100+ fps? I am not sure if it is funny or sad when half the "fixes" to my problems are just people saying "well just force v-sync on and disable g-sync and cap the framerate at 60 fps". It's a weird discrepancy - the BoS probably did obtain a cess to them and their production facilities after the enclave fell, but at the same time bethesda has ignored development in so many other areas (people forming civilisations and actually clearing areas with dense populations) that it is kinda jarring.
